This genuine A319 wingtip fence comes in its original colour and condition, backlit by led lighting and a plaque of the aircraft it spent 23 years traveling the globe with. This wingtip is the captains side or port side of the aircraft. This wingtip fence was removed from an Airbus A319-114 registered 5B-DCW of Cyprus Airways.
This Airbus A319-114 serial number 1129 first flew on 03/11/1999 and was delivered to Northwest Airlines on the 24th of November 1999 as N308NB.
Northwest Airlines used this A319 for 6 years and then stored the aircraft at Marana storage facility on 08/11/2005. This aircraft was later sold to S7 Airlines and delivered on 22/06/2007. It flew for S7 Airlines for 9 more years before being stored again in September 2016.
Cyprus Airways took it over on 1/12/2016 and flew it for 4 more years before flying it for the last time on 5th of November 2021 from Lanarca to St Athans in Wales for end of life recycling.
